Your shops, in your town.
Food delivery apps reach the cities and stop. This is the whole stack for one town that they skipped: a customer app, a shop owner console, generated public pages for every shop, and an interface in English, Bengali and Hindi because that is what people there actually read. Payment is cash to the shopkeeper at the door, which is how the town already works.

Every file tool, nothing uploaded.
Most file converters ask you to upload the document first, which is the one thing you do not want to do with a contract, a payslip or an ID. FileSmith does the work in the browser, so the file never leaves the machine it started on.

Know your limits before you hit them.
Every provider hides your remaining quota somewhere different, and the apps that solve this copy your session cookies into their own storage. This one stores nothing at all: sessions stay in Android's own web view, and a paired desktop bridge reads local CLI logs for the token counts no web session will ever expose.

See what the feed is feeding you.
The first version of the classifier scored almost every English screen as technology, because it matched the fragment "ai" inside said, again and email. That engine was deleted and rebuilt with proper tokenisation, weighted phrases and a confidence floor, pinned by 28 unit tests. It declares no internet permission, so it cannot leak a feed even if the code tried to.

React Native and Expo builds that will not compile. Auth that will not authenticate. Deploys that fail silently at 2am. I find the cause, fix it, and tell you what it actually was.
A landing page, an internal tool, an MVP that has to exist by a date. Small enough to finish, built so it does not need rescuing in three months.
Expo or bare React Native, through the build, the signing and the Play Store review. I have done that walk often enough to know where it trips.

I am a developer in West Bengal, India. BCA from Brainware University, 2025. Most of what I know came from shipping things rather than from coursework: builds that would not compile, auth that would not authenticate, and Play Store reviews that came back rejected until they did not.
I work alone, which means I do the whole thing: the interface, the backend, the build, the release. It also means I am honest about scope, because there is nobody to hand the overrun to.
